Job summary

Eastvantage Business Solutions Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP HR & Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant to configure, support, and enhance SAP HCM/HR and Payroll processes. You will work with business and technical teams to resolve issues and deliver interfaces and enhancements.

Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, testing, documentation, and coordinating with global teams. 5+ years of SAP HCM/HR & Payroll experience and willingness to work a US shift from the office are required.

Qualifications

5+ years of SAP HCM/HR & Payroll experience.
Strong hands-on experience in SAP Payroll configuration and support.
Good knowledge of PA, OM, and Time Management.
Understanding of ABAP, interfaces, integrations, and technical troubleshooting.
Experience in incident, problem, change, and enhancement management.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to work 5 days from office in US shift.

Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP HCM/HR and Payroll processes.
Analyze and resolve functional and technical production issues.
Work on Payroll, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, and Time Management.
Develop and support interfaces, integrations, and enhancements in collaboration with technical teams.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Perform testing, defect resolution, root-cause analysis, and documentation.
Coordinate with business users and offshore/onshore teams for timely issue resolution.
