Job summary

PwC México seeks a Senior Associate to join our SAP HCM and Payroll team in the Philippines, implementing and maintaining SAP HCM and Payroll modules in collaboration with HR and IT to meet business needs and local regulations.

You will lead configuration, testing, deployments, and provide training materials while collaborating with vendors to ensure accurate HR and payroll reporting and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of SAP HCM and Payroll experience
• Strong understanding of payroll processes and labor laws
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll or SAP ECC Payroll preferred
• SAP HCM or Payroll certification desirable
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP HCM & Payroll components including Employee Central, Time Management, Payroll Processing, and Reporting
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws and payroll regulations within SAP systems
• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM and Payroll issues, and lead system upgrades or integrations
• Develop training materials and user documentation
• Collaborate with external vendors where necessary
• Support reporting and analytics for HR and payroll operations
