Job summary

Eastvantage Group in Taguig City, Philippines, is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to configure and support SAP HCM/HR and Payroll processes.

You will analyze business requirements, translate them into SAP solutions, and collaborate with business users and technical teams on interfaces, enhancements, testing, and issue resolution. This is an on-site, Monday-to-Friday role aligned with US shifts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP HCM/HR & Payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Payroll configuration and support.
• Understanding of PA, OM, and Time Management.

• Experience in incident, problem, change, and enhancement management.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to work 5 days from office in US shift.
