Private Advertiser in the Philippines is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Technical Consultant to design, develop, and maintain SAP HCM solutions, including custom ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces. You will drive HCM integrations (IDoc, BAPI, RFC), payroll schemas, and time management configurations, collaborating with functional teams while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience as an SAP HCM Technical Consultant.
Strong ABAP programming skills (Reports, Function Modules, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, SmartForms, Adobe Forms).
Proven experience in at least two (2) of the following areas: HCM Integration, Payroll, and Time Management.
Experience with SAP Payroll schemas, personnel calculation rules, and wage type configuration.
Solid knowledge of Time Management infotypes (IT2001, IT2002, IT2006, IT2007, etc.) and time evaluation schemas (TM04).
Experience with integration technologies such as IDoc, BAPI, RFC, or SAP PI/PO / SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Familiarity with Philippine statutory requirements (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR) is a strong advantage.
Design, develop, and maintain SAP HCM technical solutions including custom ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces.
Perform SAP HCM Integration activities, including IDoc, BAPI, RFC, and middleware-based integrations (e.g., PI/PO, CPI, or MuleSoft).
Support and enhance Payroll configuration, schemas, and wage type processing in compliance with local statutory regulations.
Configure and troubleshoot Time Management components including work schedules, absence types, time evaluation, and time-related infotypes.
Conduct root cause analysis and resolve technical issues related to SAP HCM modules.
Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather technical requirements and deliver solutions.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including functional specs, test scripts, and transport logs.
Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-go-live support activities.
Adhere to change management protocols, release procedures, and client governance standards.
