Job summary

EY GDS in Manila seeks a Senior SAP CPI/CI-DS expert to join the leadership group of our EY-GDS SAP Team. You will drive SAP integration initiatives with S/4HANA and ECC, blending technical, functional, and architectural skills.

You will work across 3rd party integrations, API adapters, and security features while guiding project delivery and knowledge sharing. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a self-motivated, result‑oriented mindset to help EY deliver value to clients.

Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in SAP CPI and CI-DS.
• At least 1 end-to-end Project Implementation experience.
• Knowledge in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), API Business Hub.
• Knowledge on Conversions based on integration with third party interfaces and web applications.
• Good communication skills to coordinate, resolve queries of both external and internal customers.
• Team member experience with good interpersonal skills and team player capability.
• Self-motivator and result oriented to complete task as per timelines.
• Java and/or Groovy Development experience (good-to-have).

Responsibilities

• Project Implementation experience in SAP Integration/Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Cloud Integration - Data Services (CI-DS) with S/4HANA and ECC.
• Technical, functional, and architectural expertise in integrating SAP products with 3rd party applications using various technologies (ALE-IDocs, XML, HTTP, JDBC, File, SOAP).
• Write codes via APIs and configure Adapters (IDOC, JDBC, File (FCC), SOAP, HTTP).
• Configure and customize PI-Basis functions like RFC Destinations, Port and Partner Profiles in ECC/XI.
• Experience in integration of SAP and non-SAP systems in A2A and B2B scenarios using XI/PI.
• Interfacing scenarios in SOA XML to IDoc/BAPI, File to IDoc/BAPI, HTTP to IDoc/BAPI, ABAP Proxy to JDBC, Web services.
• Security features in SFTP/FTPS/HTTPS adapters.

About the role

We're looking for a Senior with expertise in SAP CPI and CI-DS to join the leadership group of our EY-GDS SAP Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm whilst being instrumental in the growth of the service offering.

Key responsibilities

• Project Implementation experience in SAP Integration/Cloud Platform Integration (CPI) and Cloud Integration - Data Services (CI-DS) with S/4HANA and ECC

• Technical, functional, and architectural expertise in integrating SAP products with 3rd party applications (Enterprise Application Integration (EAI)) using different technologies ALE-IDocs, XML, HTTP, JDBC, File, SOAP

• Write codes via APIs and configure Adapters (IDOC, JDBC, File (FCC), SOAP, and HTTP Adapter)

• Configuration and customization of PI-Basis functions like setting up of RFC Destinations, Port and Partner Profiles in both ECC and XI

• Experience in integration of SAP and non-SAP systems in A2A and B2B scenarios using XI/PI

• Interfacing scenarios in a System Oriented Architecture (SOA) XML to IDoc/BAPI, File to IDoc/BAPI, HTTP to IDoc/BAPI, ABAP Proxy to JDBC, Web services

About you
