Job summary

Meralco Group is seeking an experienced ICT Platform Delivery professional to lead enterprise platform delivery and governance in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. The role focuses on defining priorities, gathering requirements from business users, and coordinating outsourced development with SAP HR solutions.

You will drive RFP processes, oversee contract and KPI finalization, and ensure releases meet quality standards while aligning with IT governance and security policies.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in enterprise application delivery or platform management.
• Development or configuration experience in SAP HR (SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors).
• Experience managing outsourced vendors and participating in RFP processes.
• Experience working directly with business users to define requirements and validate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFI/RFP cycles: prepare scope, evaluation criteria, and assess vendor proposals.
• Participate in vendor demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and technical evaluations.
• Collaborate with Procurement and Legal to finalize contracts, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
• Define and communicate priorities and strategies for enterprise platforms.
• Maintain and prioritize requirements based on business impact, urgency, and feasibility.
• Define requirements clearly for outsourced development teams.
• Act as ICT contact for business users and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Gather feedback and coordinate with vendors for improvements.
• Provide stakeholders with updates on platforms, timelines, and impacts.
• Review designs to ensure alignment with governance, security, and out-of-the-box approach.
• Coordinate testing for user acceptance and release readiness.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain platform documentation, decision logs, and release records.

• Validate that solutions align with platform governance, security policies, and an out-of-the-box-first approach.
• Coordinate with the testing team for user acceptance testing and ensure readiness for release.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure solutions comply with IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain platform documentation, decision logs, and release records.

Experience

• 3–4 years in enterprise application delivery or platform management.

Technical Skills
