Job description

• 12–14 years of experience in SAP technical architecture.
• At least 4+ full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations
• Experience leading mid-sized teams (15-20+ Consultants)
• Deep technical expertise in ABAP on HANA, ABAP Cloud, RESTful ABAP Programming Model (RAP), CDS views, and VDM architecture
• Expert level proficiency in SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and OData services
• Strong working knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), including CAP, SAP Build Apps, and SAP AI Services
• Extensive experience designing and delivering RICEFW objects across all development types
• Proven ability to provide architectural guidance, establish development standards, and drive modernization initiatives

Key Responsibilities

• Solution & Delivery Leadership
• Lead and govern SAP technical solution delivery across multiple global projects (greenfield, brownfield, rollouts, AMS).
• Provide solution assurance: blueprint validation, design reviews, RICEFW delivery oversight, cutover strategy, and deployment quality gates.
• Act as an escalation lead for complex technical design or integration issues between applications.
• People Management – Lead a Large Technical Consulting Team
• Manage and grow a team of 30+ SAP Technical consultants.
• Liaison with project and capability leads in the US for deliveries.
• Oversee performance management, staffing, mentoring, skill development, engagement, and succession planning.
• Enable a high performance culture through coaching, training, certifications, and capability uplift programs.
• Pre Sales & Business Development
• Support pursuits for S/4 transformations: solutioning, estimates, staffing models, and delivery approaches.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in SAP BTP Solution Architecture, SAP Fiori, or the SAP Application Programming Model
• Certification in SAP Activate or Agile methodologies
