Job summary

Meralco Group is seeking an experienced ICT Product Ownership & Delivery professional to lead enterprise platform delivery, govern vendor engagements, and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions. You will coordinate with vendors, drive RFPs, and ensure compliance with governance and security standards.

The role requires collaboration with business users, inclusion of ITIL practices, and oversight of outsourced developers to ensure timely, quality releases.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in enterprise application delivery or platform management.
• Experience with SAP Technology (BASIS/ABAP/Fiori/UI5/BTP).
• Experience managing outsourced vendors and participating in RFP processes.
• Experience working directly with business users to define requirements and validate solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFI/RFP cycles: prepare scope, evaluation criteria, and assess vendor proposals.
• Participate in vendor demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and technical evaluations.
• Work with Procurement and Legal to finalize contracts, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
• Define and communicate priorities and strategies for assigned enterprise platforms.
• Maintain and prioritize requirements based on business impact, urgency, and technical feasibility.
• Define requirements clearly for outsourced development teams.
• Act as the main ICT contact for business users of assigned enterprise platforms, ensuring requirements are understood and translated into technical solutions.
• Gather feedback on delivered features and coordinate with vendors to address issues or enhancements.
• Provide business stakeholders with updates on platform improvements, timelines, and impacts.
• Review technical designs from outsourced development teams to ensure they meet requirements and follow platform governance.
• Validate that solutions align with platform governance, security policies, and an out-of-the-box-first approach.
• Coordinate with the testing team for user acceptance testing and ensure readiness for release.
• Ensure solutions comply with IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain platform documentation, decision logs, and release records.

• Experience working directly with business users to define requirements and validate solutions.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of solution architecture, data flows, and integration points.
• Familiarity with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, OData).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise governance standards.
