Meralco Group is seeking an experienced ICT/Delivery Lead to manage enterprise application delivery and platform management. The role focuses on defining roadmaps, engaging with business users, and coordinating with outsourcing partners to ensure governance and timely delivery.

Responsibilities include leading RFI/RFP cycles, evaluating vendor proposals, and finalizing contracts and KPIs with Procurement and Legal. Strong SAP procurement domain knowledge is required.

Formación

• 3–4 years in enterprise application delivery or platform management.
• Experience in SAP Supply Chain or Procurement.
• Experience managing outsourced vendors and participating in RFP processes.
• Experience working directly with business users to define requirements and validate solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead RFI/RFP cycles: prepare scope, evaluation criteria, and assess vendor proposals.
• Participate in vendor demonstrations, proofs-of-concept, and technical evaluations.
• Work with Procurement and Legal to finalize contracts, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
• Define and communicate priorities and strategies for assigned enterprise platforms.
• Gather feedback from business users and coordinate with vendors for enhancements.
• Review designs from outsourced teams to ensure alignment with requirements and governance.
• Coordinate with testing for user acceptance testing and release readiness.
• Ensure solutions comply with IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.

• Act as the main ICT contact for business users of assigned enterprise platforms, ensuring requirements are understood and translated into technical solutions.
• Gather feedback on delivered features and coordinate with vendors to address issues or enhancements.
• Provide business stakeholders with updates on platform improvements, timelines, and impacts.

Delivery Oversight

• Review technical and functional designs from outsourced development teams to ensure they meet requirements and follow platform best practices.
• Validate that solutions align with platform governance, security policies, and an out-of-the-box-first approach.
• Coordinate with the testing team for user acceptance testing and ensure readiness for release.

Governance & Compliance

• Ensure solutions comply with IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain platform documentation, decision logs, and release records.

Experience

• 3–4 years in enterprise application delivery or platform management.
• Development or configuration experience in SAP Supply Chain or Procurement (SAP MM, SD, PP, EWM, SRM, or SAP Ariba).
• Experience managing outsourced vendors and participating in RFP processes.
• Experience working directly with business users to define requirements and validate solutions.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of solution architecture, data flows, and integration points.
• Familiarity with integration technologies (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, OData).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and enterprise governance standards.
