Job summary

DXC Technology in Manila is seeking a SAP CRM Application Support to join our enterprise technology team. You will analyze, configure, and support SAP CRM processes to improve client functionality and satisfaction.

The role requires 3-5 years SAP CRM experience, Agile delivery experience, and strong English communication. You will collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to deliver integrated solutions and provide training and user support.

Qualifications

3-5 years of hands-on SAP CRM experience within Agile delivery squads.
Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 1 year of experience in the relevant industries.

Responsibilities

Facilitate implementation and support of SAP CRM to enhance client functionality and performance.
Perform detailed analysis of business requirements and map to CRM solutions.
Design, configure, test, and customize SAP CRM components.
Act as client liaison for troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Develop documentation, user guides, and training materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
