Job summary

Arkhya Tech. Inc. is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead in Mexico to drive design, development, and delivery of enterprise Salesforce solutions.

The role requires hands-on expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, plus leadership to mentor developers and align with business stakeholders. You will lead integrations using REST/SOAP, CI/CD in Copado, and ensure best practices, security, and scalable architecture across deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Security Model.
• Experience building integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Copado for release management and CI/CD.
• Experience with Git-based source control.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions.
• Develop apps using Apex, LWC, Flows, and Platform capabilities.
• Design scalable solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical guidance.
• Design and implement Salesforce integrations with external systems.
• Coordinate deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Lead and mentor Salesforce developers and provide design guidance.
• Collaborate with architects, business analysts, project managers, and other teams.
