Qualifications

• 8+ years in Salesforce development.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
• Hands-on experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Knowledge of asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future, Scheduled).
• Understanding Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and permission sets.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Git, Bitbucket, Copado, Salesforce DevOps Center).
• Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2 or App Builder) are advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Triggers, and Flows.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Optimize Salesforce configurations, workflows, and automation for efficiency and scalability.
• Implement best practices in governor limits, security, and performance.
• Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud as needed.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues to ensure system stability.
• Maintain documentation of development activities and system configurations.

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Tech Lead with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to build scalable applications and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
• Experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future methods, Scheduled jobs).
• Understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and permission sets.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Git, Bitbucket, Copado, or Salesforce DevOps Center is a plus.
• Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2, or App Builder) are an advantage.

• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions and ability to demonstrate skills during client interviews/interactions.
• Optimize existing Salesforce configurations, workflows, and automation processes for efficiency and scalability.
• Implement best practices in Salesforce development, including governor limits, security, and performance optimization.
• Work with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and other Salesforce products as needed.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high‑quality, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, ensuring system stability and smooth operations.
• Maintain proper documentation of development activities and system configurations.
