Deltek in Manila seeks a Salesforce Development Tech Lead to guide a global engineering team. You will mentor six Salesforce engineers, balance hands-on feature work with architectural leadership, and drive best practices across SDLC and DevOps.

The role requires deep Salesforce experience, strong communication, and an ability to coordinate with a USA-based team and customers in a fast-paced, global setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Salesforce.com development experience.
• Proven leadership of a Salesforce team (admins/developers).
• Hands-on Lightning development (Apex, Triggers, LWC).
• Experience with DevOps (Gearset/Copado) and GitHub.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external apps via APIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a Salesforce team of ~6 engineers across admin and developer roles.
• Direct manager in matrixed framework with US-based team and customers.
• Remain hands-on building Salesforce features (Apex, Flows, LWC).
• Enforce code standards and Apex design patterns; conduct code reviews.
• Own SDLC improvements and multi-environment release strategy.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
