Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. seeks an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions that align with client objectives.

You will translate complex business needs into effective Salesforce designs and provide technical leadership across projects. You will mentor developers, drive architectural decisions, ensure security and integration best practices, and partner with stakeholders to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions across

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce experience with deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and architecture.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification.
• At least one Salesforce Architect-level Certification.
• Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative automation.
• Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and middleware like MuleSoft or Jitterbit.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security models, data architecture, and integration patterns.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex Salesforce implementations across multiple teams.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/IS or related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture from discovery through deployment and post-launch support.
• Design scalable Salesforce solutions across multiple Clouds.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor developers.
