Qualifications

• 5+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Technical Consultants and Managers.
• Architect technology solutions using Salesforce Industries Cloud to meet client needs.
• Deliver technical work at 50% utilization while guiding the team.
• Hire, train, and mentor Technical Consultants for successful implementations.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers and Solution Architects on projects.
