Job summary

RecruitNest Consulting in Taguig is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to drive design and implementation of Salesforce solutions. You will lead across client engagements, guide development teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality results.

The role requires 7+ years in Salesforce development/architecture, hands-on platform development, configuration, and customization, plus strong leadership and client-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/engineering or related field.
• 7+ years in Salesforce development, architecture, or consulting roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering complex Salesforce solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform development, configuration, and customization.
• Experience leading client-facing discussions, workshops, and solutioning sessions.
• Knowledge of deployment pipelines, release management, and DevOps practices.
• Experience conducting code reviews and supporting production deployments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Industry Clouds and enterprise solution architecture.
• Proficiency in SOQL and SQL for data analysis and reporting.
