Job summary

Cloud Intellect Systems is seeking a Salesforce Sales Manager with 8+ years of experience to lead the sales lifecycle for Salesforce-based solutions from prospecting to closing. Based in the Philippines, you will collaborate with delivery teams to shape proposals and define scope, ensuring a smooth handover from sales to execution and reporting on revenue and trends.

You will build relationships with enterprise clients, identify upsell opportunities, and stay current on Salesforce updates.

Qualifications

Sales leadership and account management with enterprise clients.
Strong Salesforce solution knowledge, including CRM, Sales, Service or Marketing cloud offerings.
Business development and negotiation skills for proposals and contracts.
Strategic thinking linking client objectives to digital transformation initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management with senior leaders.
Experience in technology consulting, SaaS, or digital transformation firms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or CS; Salesforce certifications are a plus.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

Oversee the sales lifecycle for Salesforce-based solutions from prospecting to closing.

Ensure smooth handover from sales to execution; monitor pipelines and forecasts.
Report revenue and market trends to leadership on a regular basis.

Represent Cloud Intellect Systems at client meetings and industry events.
