Job summary

Gratitude Philippines is seeking a Data Platform Engineer – Salesforce CRM Analytics to design, develop, and optimize data platform components. You will work with Integration and Data Architects to ensure seamless system integration, consistent data models, and efficient data flow.

The role requires expert-level Salesforce CRM Analytics, data modeling, data integration, and platform architecture skills, enabling you to provide technical solutions and support team decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics.
• Strong experience in data integration, data modeling and platform architecture.
• Willingness to work onsite in Manila on a shifting schedule.
• Based in the Philippines with legal right to live and work in the country.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME in Salesforce CRM Analytics and data platform solutions.
• Contribute to design and development of data platform components.
• Collaborate with Integration and Data Architects to ensure data integration.
• Support data modeling, data quality and data flow across platforms.
• Analyze complex data flows and identify optimization opportunities.
• Troubleshoot data platform and integration issues.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to inform technical decisions.
• Provide solutions within the team and across teams.
• Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing among team members.
• Support implementation of technical standards and best practices.
• Monitor project progress and assist in resolving challenges.
• Help ensure data platform solutions meet evolving requirements.
