Job summary

eXPerience Plus Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to build customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, analyze project objectives, and troubleshoot issues.

You will design customer workflows, map requirements to Salesforce functionalities, and work with project managers to determine CRM needs, while ensuring secure, scalable apps and seamless integrations with third-party systems.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification required.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications preferred.
• Advanced Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM platforms, especially Service Cloud.
• Experience with Salesforce Communities and Lightning App Builder.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce objects and business processes.
• Experience with Sites and API Calls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
• Analyze customer requirements and design CRM workflows in Salesforce.
• Meet with project managers to determine CRM needs.
• Create technical approaches and plans covering needed processes.
• Ensure complex workflows map to Salesforce outputs.
• Design, code, and implement Salesforce applications.
• Perform testing and fix bugs to ensure stability.
• Provide training for Salesforce staff.
