Job summary

LTM is seeking an experienced Scrum Master with a strong Salesforce background to drive Agile delivery across globally distributed teams. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and partner with stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality software releases.

You will mentor teams in Agile best practices, track burndown and velocity, and align with SDLC processes to continuously improve delivery performance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering in Salesforce environments.
• Strong facilitator across Scrum, Kanban, XP.
• Proven ability to manage backlogs, user stories, metrics and velocity.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives, Grooming and other ceremonies.
• Support 1-2 Agile teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Monitor backlog progress, sprint metrics, and team velocity.
• Remove blockers and help teams achieve delivery goals.
• Drive communication across stakeholders, business teams and customers.
• Manage risks, reporting and project escalations.
• Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and high performance.
