Job summary

Accenture in the Philippines is seeking a Scrum Master to enable agile software development teams. You will coach and mentor team members, remove impediments, and lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery.

The role requires deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, strong facilitation skills, and at least 3 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio, based in Manila.

Job description

Acts as an enabler for the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies. Coaches and mentors the Scrum Team(s), removing barriers to successful implementation and enabling a continued focus on the task at hand. Facilitates scrum and agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Identifies and reports progress via appropriate metrics.

Summary:

As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate the effective functioning of a software development team by employing Agile methodologies. Your typical day will involve coaching and mentoring team members, removing obstacles to ensure smooth progress, and leading various Agile ceremonies. You will also track and report on team progress using relevant metrics, ensuring that the team remains focused on their objectives and continuously improves their processes.
