Job summary

The Staffing Ninjas (TSN Partners) is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile software delivery teams building healthcare SaaS products. The role emphasizes facilitating ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background, excellent facilitation skills, and experience with Jira, Confluence, and Miro.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Facilitator.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum best practices, estimation, Definition of Ready/Done, and WIP limits.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs.
• Identify, remove, and escalate impediments impacting team delivery.
• Track Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team environment.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, and release readiness.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Maintain Jira and Confluence usage across teams.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve Agile practices.
• Support Agile maturity initiatives and process improvements.

Job Title: Scrum Master (Healthcare SaaS)

Job Type: Contract

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile software delivery teams building and enhancing healthcare SaaS products. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excels at facilitating Agile ceremonies, driving continuous improvement, removing delivery impediments, and fostering collaboration across cross-functional teams.

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, highly organized, and passionate about helping teams deliver high-quality software efficiently in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Coach Agile teams on Scrum best practices, estimation, Definition of Ready/Done, and work-in-progress (WIP) limits.
• Partner closely with Product Owners to refine and prioritize product backlogs.
• Identify, remove, and escalate impediments impacting team delivery.
• Track and analyze Agile metrics such as cycle time, throughput, and predictability to drive continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative, transparent, and high-performing team environment.
• Coordinate cross-team dependencies, risks, and release readiness.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Maintain Agile project management tools, including Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters to improve Agile practices across teams.
• Support Agile maturity initiatives and organizational process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Facilitator supporting software development teams.
• Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and coaching Agile teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to remove impediments and improve delivery performance using Agile metrics.
• Experience partnering with Product Owners and engineering teams.
• Strong facilitation, communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar platforms.
• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting Healthcare software or healthcare technology projects.
• Experience working with SaaS products and cloud-based development environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and Agile flow metrics.
• Experience with Pega Platform.
• Knowledge of Appeals & Grievances or Authorization processes.
• Experience working with distributed or remote Agile teams.
• Exposure to scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe or LeSS.
• Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP, or other Agile certifications are highly desirable.
