Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce, CRM consulting, or enterprise tech implementation.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce implementations, consulting, or managed services.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and enterprise integration.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.
• Proven experience leading Salesforce implementation, consulting, or managed services engagements.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration, and enterprise integration concepts.
• Experience managing project teams, budgets, timelines, and client relationships.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required; additional Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage complex projects, and drive continuous improvement.
• Possesses excellent interpersonal and communication (written & verbal) skills.
