Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Salesforce Sales Account Executive and Business Development Representative. The role involves prospecting and identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, presenting CRM solutions tailored to client needs, and managing the sales cycle. You will collaborate with technical teams, contribute to growth strategies, and stay updated with CRM market trends to drive business success. A strong commitment to achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional client outcomes is essential.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage target account lists
• Conduct cold calls, cold emails, and LinkedIn outreach
• Prospect CX leaders, Support Managers, IT Managers, and Operations Heads
• Qualify prospects based on business pain, budget, and timeline
• Book qualified discovery meetings

Job Requirements
