Job summary

Manulife invites you to join as a Salesforce Administrator to enhance our Salesforce platform, supporting exceptional customer experiences across teams. You will handle user administration, incident triage, and manage seasonal releases with sandbox work and certificate renewals.

The role requires 3+ years of Salesforce experience, strong configuration skills (flows, automation, reports, dashboards), and the ability to read Apex code.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Platform and Application Administrator.
• Strong configuration skills: flows, automation, reports, dashboards.
• Experience in Salesforce platform maintenance and health checks.
• Ability to read Apex code; writing Apex code is an advantage.
• Experience in development, automation, or systems integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Salesforce admin support, including user administration and password resets.
• Manage incident triage and technical support for Salesforce production issues.
• Coordinate tasks and change tickets for external app upgrades.
• Oversee system maintenance and seasonal releases, including sandbox management and certificate renewals.
• Perform system maintenance and seasonal release activities (Refresh, Sandbox creation/deletion, Site switch, Certificate renewal, integrations).
• Amenable to work at UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City).
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite).
• Amenable to work in night shift.
