Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to enhance our Salesforce platform and support exceptional customer experiences. This role focuses on admin, configuration, and support to drive efficiency and innovation.

Key responsibilities include user administration, incident triage, app upgrade coordination, and sandbox management. The position requires 3+ years of Salesforce admin experience and remote/hybrid work options with some night shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as Salesforce Platform and Application Administrator.
• Strong configuration skills including flows, automation, reports, and dashboards.
• Experience in Salesforce platform maintenance and organization health checks.
• Ability to read Apex code; writing Apex code is an advantage.
• Experience in development, automation, or systems integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Salesforce admin support, including user administration and password resets.

• Oversee system maintenance and seasonal releases, including sandbox management and certificate renewals.
• Perform system maintenance and seasonal release activities (Refresh, Sandbox Creation/Deletion, Site Switch, Certificate Renewal, and Salesforce Integrations)
• Amenable to work at UP Ayala Technohub (Quezon City)
• Amenable to work on a hybrid set-up (3x a week onsite)
• Amenable to work in night shift.
