Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance the Salesforce environment for optimal performance.
• Create/modify user accounts, profiles, permission sets, licenses, and product configurations.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
• Design and maintain Salesforce customizations (fields, records, Flows, processes).
• Recommend and implement system optimizations following best practices.
• Test and validate customizations, integrations, modules, and features.
