Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management is seeking a Salesforce Developer to build customized solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components. You will also analyze objectives, craft customer workflows, and troubleshoot issues.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs, stay current with Salesforce features, and develop integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs in a hybrid Manila-based role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud.
• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience using JIRA and Atlassian tools.

Responsibilities

About the Role:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will also analyze project objectives, create customer workflows, and troubleshoot errors.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scalable, efficient, and high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce,

  Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.

• Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends, identifying

  opportunities to enhance and optimize existing Salesforce implementations.

• Develop integrations with third‑party systems and external applications using APIs and other web services.

• Implement and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems, utilizing RESTand SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and web services

• Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and administrators to understand business

  requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in developing Salesforce (Salesforce Service Cloud and

  Salesforce Sales Cloud).

• Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.

• Must have experience in using JIRA and Atlassian tools.

• Solid experience with front‑end technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern front

  end frameworks.
