PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Manager to lead our Salesforce consulting practice. You will partner with clients to analyze needs, design solutions, and mentor junior staff, delivering projects with integrity and impact.

You will manage teams, oversee architecture and budgets, apply Salesforce Lightning and Sales Cloud, and foster innovation while upholding PwC's standards and independence requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–11 years of experience in Salesforce/consulting.
• Fluent English (oral and written) required.
• Expertise in Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g., Financial Services Cloud) and Sales Cloud.

As a Salesforce Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Business Application Consulting group, specializing in Salesforce Consulting. You will work closely with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize the use of Salesforce applications. Your efforts will help clients achieve their strategic objectives and enhance operational efficiency. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Expertise in one or more Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g. Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud), and Sales Cloud implementation.

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud
