As a Salesforce Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients optimize operational efficiency through strategic consulting services within our Commercial & Service Excellence network. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, and apply sound judgment in decision‑making processes. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages, validate outcomes with clients, and direct teams through challenging situations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will deepen your skills with a focus on staying relevant, initiate open and honest coaching conversations, and make decisions to resolve issues hindering team effectiveness. • Promoting innovative design and emerging technologies within Salesforce consulting teams

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role‑relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• Demonstrating advanced skills in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Service Cloud
