Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Manager to lead our Salesforce consulting practice. You will partner with clients to analyze needs, design solutions, and mentor junior staff, delivering projects with integrity and impact.

You will manage teams, oversee architecture and budgets, apply Salesforce Lightning and Sales Cloud, and foster innovation while upholding PwC's standards and independence requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–11 years of experience in Salesforce/consulting.
• Fluent English (oral and written) required.
• Expertise in Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g., Financial Services Cloud) and Sales Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that improve operational efficiency.
• Lead teams in the strategic planning and execution of Salesforce consulting projects.
• Develop training materials and provide support for Salesforce integrations.
• Utilize Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance client service delivery.
• Manage project architecture and budgeting to achieve successful outcomes.
