Qualifications

As a Salesforce Senior Manager, you will lead the charge in delivering exceptional consulting services within our Commercial & Service Excellence network. Your role will involve analyzing client needs, implementing Salesforce solutions, and providing comprehensive training and support to optimize operational efficiency and help clients achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems, applying sound judgment to navigate challenges and communicate effectively.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 10 to 15 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Expertise in one or more Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g. Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud), and Sales Cloud implementation

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• Demonstrating advanced skills in Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
