As a Salesforce Technical Lead - Managed Services, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through the seamless integration and utilization of Salesforce applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence network, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support, enabling clients to optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Manager, you will grow as a strategic advisor, applying your skills and influence to deliver quality results. You will motivate and coach teams, navigating complex problems and fostering a collaborative environment. Your role involves crafting clear, impactful messages and applying systems thinking to identify opportunities. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree

• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
