PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a Salesforce Developer - Associate who will analyze client needs and implement Salesforce solutions, while providing training and support to ensure effective utilization. You will work within our practice to optimize client operations and contribute to diverse projects across geographies.

As an Associate, you will learn and contribute to client projects, developing your skills and growing your commercial awareness.

Qualifications

As a Salesforce Developer - Associate, you will engage with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for the effective use of Salesforce applications. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will leverage your broad consulting skills to help clients optimize operational efficiency and achieve their strategic objectives. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will take ownership of your development, applying a learning mindset to adapt to diverse client needs and team dynamics. What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

• Preference for a Master's or Masters of Business Administration degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Administration and Salesforce Lightning
