Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a Salesforce Manager to lead the Salesforce Consulting practice within the Business Application Consulting group. You will analyze client needs, design and implement solutions, and mentor junior staff to ensure project success.

You will guide teams in strategic planning, manage client accounts, and oversee training delivery while upholding PwC standards and independence requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–11 years of experience.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Expertise in Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud) and Sales Cloud.

About the role

As a Salesforce Manager at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will play a pivotal role in the Business Application Consulting group, specializing in Salesforce Consulting. You will work closely with clients to analyze their needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to optimize the use of Salesforce applications. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. You will motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality results. You are responsible for coaching team members, leveraging their unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

About you

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Expertise in one or more Salesforce Industry Clouds (e.g. Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud), and Sales Cloud implementation
• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• Demonstrating proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud
• Utilizing analytical thinking to drive business process improvements
• Implementing technology solutions to enhance client service delivery
• Developing training materials to support team growth and development
