Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a Salesforce Functional Consultant Manager to lead client support work across Salesforce Sales Cloud within our Advisory practice. You will help clients improve operational efficiency through requirement analysis, configuration, and training.

As a manager you will coach teams, manage workstreams, review deliverables, and guide solution delivery, while developing your leadership career in a global PwC environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–11 years of experience preferred.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce Sales Cloud consulting workstreams from discovery to deployment.
• Analyze client needs and translate into Salesforce functional requirements and configs.
• Manage project plans, budgets, timelines and deliverables across engagements.
• Coach team members on Salesforce administration, solution design and implementation tasks.
• Review deliverables for alignment with client objectives, standards and system requirements.
• Document user stories, process flows and solution specifications.
• Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud to support leads, pipeline, forecasting and data management.
• Coordinate system integration, testing and release readiness with stakeholders.

As a Salesforce Functional Consultant Manager you will lead client support work focused on Salesforce consulting, helping clients improve operational efficiency through analysis of business needs, software implementation, and training for effective use of Salesforce applications within our Advisory practice. As a Manager you will motivate and develop team members, direct assigned workstreams, and use sound judgment to review deliverables, manage timelines, and address issues as they arise. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will guide solution delivery, bring a practical understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM capabilities, and help shape work that supports client objectives while developing your own leadership career.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing client business needs and translating them into scalable Salesforce functional requirements and configuration decisions
• Managing project plans, budgets, timelines, and deliverables across multiple client engagements
• Coaching team members on Salesforce administration, solution design, and implementation tasks
• Reviewing deliverables to validate alignment with client objectives, process standards, and system requirements
• Guiding requirements elicitation sessions and documenting user stories, process flows, and solution specifications
• Configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud capabilities to support lead management, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and customer data management
• Coordinating system integration, testing, and release readiness across business and technology stakeholders
• Developing training materials and delivering user support to promote effective adoption of Salesforce solutions
• Identifying process improvement opportunities and applying technology-enabled approaches to strengthen sales operations

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelors degree
• At least 7 to 11 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

• Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science,Management Information Systems
• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• Demonstrating Salesforce Sales Cloud implementation and configuration knowledge
• Managing client-facing project workstreams across timelines and deliverables
• Mentoring teams through coaching, feedback, and review cycles
