PwC Acceleration Center Manila is seeking a Salesforce Manager to lead our Salesforce Consulting practice. You will work with clients to analyze needs, implement Salesforce solutions, and provide training to optimize adoption across organizations.

You will guide teams, mentor junior staff, manage projects, and ensure delivery quality while upholding PwC's standards. This role emphasizes collaboration across Advisory, Assurance, Tax, and Business Services to drive value for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7–11 years of relevant experience in Salesforce consulting or similar roles.
• Expertise in one or more Salesforce Industry Clouds and Sales Cloud implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client needs to implement Salesforce solutions that optimize operational efficiency.
• Lead teams in strategic planning and execution of Salesforce consulting projects.
• Develop training materials and provide support for seamless Salesforce integration.
