Job summary

PwC Philippines in Manila is seeking a Salesforce Functional Associate to contribute to Salesforce consulting across our Advisory practice. You will support client engagements, gather requirements, and help deliver Salesforce solutions with training and user support.

The role focuses on learning and developing technical and business skills in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to Sales Cloud and various Salesforce applications under PwC’s guidance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

As a Salesforce Functional Associate you will support client engagements within our Advisory practice, contributing to Salesforce consulting work that helps clients improve operational efficiency through implementation, configuration, training, and user support. As an Associate you will focus on learning and contributing to project tasks, adapting to varied client needs, and developing the technical skills and business awareness needed to deliver reliable work in a fast-paced environment. In this role at PwC, you will analyze client needs, assist with Salesforce solution delivery, gather information from multiple sources, and apply a learning mindset while building your professional brand in a role that offers exposure to a range of Salesforce applications and client scenarios.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelors degree

• At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
• Demonstrating Salesforce Sales Cloud coursework or project experience
• Applying requirements elicitation across client support activities
• Analyzing business processes and documenting functional findings
