Deltek Systems (Philippines), Ltd. is seeking a Salesforce Development TechLead to lead a global Salesforce engineering team. You will manage a team of six engineers, while remaining hands-on to build Salesforce features and mentor both Admins and Developers.

You will coordinate with a USA-based team and customers, drive SDLC improvements, and ensure best practices in Apex, LWC, and integrations. This role requires alignment with US shifts and strong communication in English.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce.com development experience.
• Hands-on across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Proven leadership of a Salesforce team (admins and developers) including mentorship.
• Hands-on Lightning development: Apex, Flows, SOQL/SOSL, LWC.
• Strong SDLC and DevOps with Gearset or Copado and GitHub for source control.
• Experience with REST/SOAP/Bulk/Streaming APIs and Workato; familiarity with Eloqua, Salesloft, DocuSign.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of about six Salesforce Engineers (Admins and Developers).
• Coordinate with a USA-based team and support USA customers.
• Hands-on development across Apex, Flows, SOQL, and LWC.
• Gatekeep declarative vs programmatic solutions; promote declarative first.
• Own and improve SDLC with Gearset/Copado and GitHub; manage multi-environment releases.
• Build integrations using REST/SOAP APIs; work with Workato and connected apps.
• Enforce code standards; lead code reviews and governance.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and platform features.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and document configurations/releases.
• Participate in daily Scrum; address technical debt; plan strategically.
• Leverage AI to accelerate development, testing, and support.
