Job summary

InterContinental Hotels Group in the Philippines seeks a Training Specialist to develop effective learning methodologies and deliver curriculums across sales, customer service, and process training for employees.

You will coordinate training initiatives, manage classroom delivery, and ensure graduates meet standards for progression, while leveraging systems and analytics to improve performance. Hybrid setup and 1–3 years in Sales or Contact Center training preferred.

Qualifications

• Associates or bachelor's degree in sales, training development, or education.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales or Contact Center training.
• Experience in Sales Training is a must.
• Willing to work in a Hybrid Set-up.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to new hires and ensure graduates meet graduation standards.
• Deliver training in revenue enhancement, customer service, systems, and policies.
• Manage classroom behavior and create an engaging learning environment.
• Supervise new employees during training and monitor attendance and performance.
• Develop curriculum for career development and coordinate training logistics.
