Job summary

Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) is seeking a Quality and Training Officer to plan, conduct, implement, and evaluate training programs aligned with corporate objectives.

The role focuses on analyzing training needs for SDCM sales forces, designing and piloting learning interventions, coordinating with partners, and measuring impact to drive continuous improvements in learning and documentation processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of background in the Financial Services industry.
• Minimum of 5 years in Learning & Development (experience in sales and sales management is an advantage).
• Proficiency in the ADDIE model and Design Thinking process.
• Strong capabilities in data gathering, research, and analysis.
• Solid understanding of both internal and external training processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis for SDCM sales forces and enable changes to TNA modalities.
• Design, pilot, iterate, and enhance trainings and other learning interventions, enabling adjustments to learning design and delivery.
• Coordinate with business partners, service suppliers, and resource persons to ensure training objectives are met.
• Evaluate the impact of piloted trainings and learning interventions.
• Document training impacts and enable improvements in documentation and record-keeping processes.
