Job summary

Chinabank PH is seeking an HR Officer to help design, develop, and facilitate sales-focused training programs across branches. You will lead needs analyses, create learning materials, and manage program logistics to strengthen branch capabilities and overall sales performance.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Training & Development, with strong facilitation and stakeholder collaboration skills, and a background in psychology or HR. This role is based in Makati, with on-site responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably with Sales Training.
• Knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and the banking or financial services industry is an advantage.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs analysis and identify skill gaps.
• Design, develop, and update learning programs, training materials, and assessments, with a focus on sales and business development.
• Coordinate and oversee the implementation of training programs, including logistics and budget management.
• Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and sales learning interventions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external training providers to deliver effective learning solutions.
• Monitors and evaluates training effectiveness and recommends program enhancements based on learning outcomes and stakeholder feedback.
