• Conduct sales training programs for various distribution channels.
• Drive training on sales pitches, openings, closings, and objection handling.
• Introduce frontline staff to technology platforms and drive adoption.
• Track training effectiveness and publish analytics to business heads.
• Travel as per training requirements across geography.
