Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. in Caloocan City is seeking a Sales Training Supervisor to design, implement, and continuously improve the company’s sales training programs. You will ensure staff gain product knowledge, selling skills, and operational competencies to drive performance.

You will lead training needs assessments, develop training modules, facilitate classroom and field sessions, and certify employees who meet competency standards, with a focus on practical workplace application.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/Marketing/Education/Psychology/Management or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in sales training, retail sales, learning and development, or related field.
• Experience as a Sales Trainer, Training Specialist, Team Leader, Sales Supervisor, or similar role is preferred.
• Experience in retail, cellphone, gadget, electronics, or consumer technology is an advantage.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Willing to conduct field/store visits and on-site training.
• Willing to travel to different branches when required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Training Needs Assessment based on sales performance, product knowledge gaps, and management requirements.
• Develop and maintain Sales Training Modules, Guides, Facilitator Guides, presentations, activities, assessments, and learning materials.
• Create programs for Frontliners, JSO, SO, SM, OIC, and other sales-related positions.
• Cover topics: product knowledge, selling techniques, customer service, store operations, promotions, and product updates.
• Develop Product Knowledge Program and coordinate with suppliers, brand reps, Product/Marketing teams, and Operations.
• Conduct classroom, virtual, store-based, and field training; onboarding and refresher sessions.
• Develop assessments, pre/post tests, and certification processes; observe and coach on the job.
• Maintain Training Matrix, schedules, attendance, and monthly accomplishment reports.
