This full-time, on-site role works closely with HR, Training & Development, sales departments and senior management to drive performance and growth. You will tailor programs for new and existing personnel, coach staff, assess training impact, and align content with evolving business goals and market

• Identify skill gaps within the sales team and develop targeted training solutions to address them
• Conduct coaching and mentoring sessions to support individual sales staff development and performance improvement
• Collaborate with sales management to align training content with evolving business goals and market demands

About the role

Tech101 Technologies Inc. is seeking a Sales Training Supervisor to join our Human Resources and Training & Development team. This is a full-time position based in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supervising comprehensive sales training programmes that equip our sales teams with the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve organisational objectives. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing sales performance and driving business growth through strategic training initiatives. This position requires you to work on-site to effectively collaborate with training teams, sales departments, and senior management.

Key responsibilities
