Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Corporation in Santa Rosa, Laguna, is seeking a Training Specialist to elevate Dealer Sales Executives through Product Knowledge, Technical and Soft-Skills sessions. You will design and deliver training, administer examinations, analyze dealer data, and support Sales Satisfaction initiatives.

Experience with Canva/Powtoons is a plus; automotive sales exposure is desirable. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, with a proactive, hands-on

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business course or equivalent.
• At least 2 years experience in Training.
• Preferably with knowledge in training design: Canva, Powtoons.
• Experience in sales or automotive industry is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any business course or equivalent course.
• At least 2 years experience in Training
• Preferably with knowledge in training design: Canva, Powtoons

• With prior experience or internship in sales or automotive industry. Experience in Sales is a plus.
• With excellent presentation skills, knowledge in creative design is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and must know how to drive.
