Job summary

You will evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, coaching, and performance metrics, and coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Dealer Development to align initiatives with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales training, learning and development, automotive dealership operations, or sales management.
