Job summary

Mitsubishi Motors Philippines Careers is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver Product Knowledge, Technical, Process and Soft-Skills training for Dealer Sales Executives.

You will administer exams, analyze competitors, and identify training needs while supporting Sales Satisfaction Index efforts and accreditation activities. A business degree and at least two years in training are required; Canva and Powtoons knowledge is a plus, and sales or automotive exposure is welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of any business course or equivalent course.
• At least 2 years experience in Training.
• Preferably with knowledge in training design: Canva, Powtoons
• With prior experience or internship in sales or automotive industry. Experience in Sales is a plus.
• With excellent presentation skills, knowledge in creative design is a plus.
• Strong written, verbal, and must know how to drive.

Responsibilities

• Conducts Product Knowledge, Technical, Process and Soft-Skills training for Dealer Sales Executives.
• Administers Dealer Sales Executive examinations and assessments.
• Conducts dealer competitor review and analysis for up-to-date info on newest features and technology.
• Determines training needs by developing new approaches and techniques in line to the sales process.
• Assists in Sales Satisfaction Index Improvement and DOS related tasks.
• Performs accreditation monitoring, technical and non-technical Sales training activities for Sales Executives.
