Job summary

Lorigen Trading & Services, Inc. seeks a Customer Relations Specialist to manage accounts assigned by Management, delivering quality customer service and maintaining professional relationships with suppliers and customers.

You will monitor social media and emails, promptly respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, study the product catalogue, and coordinate with the Sales Coordinator for Purchase Orders and follow up on client POs.

Qualifications

Job description

1. Responsible for contacting and visiting accounts/companies assigned by Management, providing quality customer service and good, professional relationship with suppliers and customers.
2. In charge of monitoring and answering queries in social media platforms and emails.
3. Promptly answers customer queries. For messages beyond working hours, it is expected to revert to the client immediately at the start of the following working day.
4. Promptly and diligently prepares quotations based on the inquiries raised by the customer.
5. Diligently studies the product catalogue of the company
6. Submits all closed deals generated to Sales Coordinator for processing of Purchase Order
7. Monitors POs of clients until they are delivered else, makes a follow up to the Sales Coordinator and notifies the General Manager.
8. Penetrates the market and offers all applicable products
9. Joins the product presentation and mock up as requested by the customer
10. Submits weekly reports to General Manager about quotations made and status of customer inquiry.
11. Coordinates with supplier or our technical team any customer request for mock up, inspection, report, submittals like TDS, MSDS, test certificate etc.
12. Helps in selling slow moving and near expiry products.
13. Attends customer and office meetings when requested and needed.
