You will keep management informed via daily call reports and weekly plans, monitor competitive pricing and new products, resolve complaints, maintain area and customer records, and contribute to team goals.

Responsibilities

• Submit activity and results reports to keep management informed (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly territory analyses).
• Gather market data on pricing, products, deliveries, and merchandising to monitor competition.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, prepare reports, and recommend solutions to management.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable.
• Maintain records on area and customer sales for historical reference.
• Contribute to the team by achieving related results as needed.
• Close sales and guide customers through the purchasing process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to close sales.

Job description

• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
